SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Introduction

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between The Wedding Talk: The Art & Science of Wedding Planning (“The Wedding Talk”) and the purchaser of the course or membership (“Client”). By purchasing access to any membership tier or course product, Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Program Inclusions

Depending on the membership or course level purchased, Client may receive access to the following:

  • Step-by-step wedding planning modules

  • Live Q&A sessions

  • Live group therapy sessions

  • PDF downloads, templates, and the DIY décor library

  • A Welcome Kit (for applicable all-access tiers only)

  • Access to the private community group for support and collaboration

The Wedding Talk may update, adjust, or improve program content at any time to maintain quality. Features included may vary by membership tier.

3. Payment & Renewal Terms

Client agrees to pay the total associated fee for the selected course or membership tier.

All purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Monthly Memberships

  • Renew automatically each month.

  • Can be canceled at any time.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

Annual or All-Access Memberships

  • No prorated or partial refunds will be provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by The Wedding Talk—including videos, templates, PDFs, graphics, worksheets, designs, community resources, and course structure—are the intellectual property of The Wedding Talk.

Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Client agrees not to copy, share, sell, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written consent. Any violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Engage respectfully within all community and live sessions.

  • Not engage in harassment, disruptive behavior, defamatory language, or inappropriate conduct.

  • Follow all community guidelines.

Violation of these expectations may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

The Wedding Talk provides tools, strategies, resources, and educational content to support the wedding planning process. Client understands that outcomes depend on their own decisions, circumstances, and level of participation.

The Wedding Talk does not guarantee specific results, wedding outcomes, cost savings, or vendor performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Wedding Talk is not responsible for:

  • Damages or losses arising from the use of program materials

  • Vendor issues or third-party failures

  • Planning decisions made by Client

  • Event-related delays, cancellations, or outcomes

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Wedding Talk from any claims arising from participation in the program.

8. Confidentiality

Client agrees to keep all program content, community discussions, session replays, and materials confidential.

Sharing screenshots, downloadable resources, or recordings from the course or community without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination of Access

The Wedding Talk reserves the right to terminate access to the program at any time if Client violates this Agreement or community rules.

No refund will be granted in the event of termination due to breach of terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York.

11. Amendments

The Wedding Talk may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any course or membership tier of The Wedding Talk: The Art & Science of Wedding Planning, Client confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
